Submit A Wedding

BRIDES:

We’d love to hear about your personal love story and destination wedding fairytale! We welcome you to submit details and pictures from your own wedding, engagement photo shoot, or any other destination wedding planning details and budget-friendly tips to be featured on The Oceanside Bride.

Contact mel{at}theoceansidebride{dot}com and send the following information…

  • Bride/Groom Names
  • Contact email address (for additional commentary if needed)
  • Location/date of destination wedding and approximate guest size
  • Your personal love story (i.e. how and when you two met, fell in love, etc.)
  • Please share unique details, DIY projects, or any other special elements that helped make  your day so magical
  • Name and website to all vendors and venue (we must give credit where credit is due!)
  • How and why did you choose your destination location?
  • What challenges did you encounter while planning your destination wedding and what planning advice do you have for other oceanside brides?

Your Images: 20-30 images that you feel best highlight your big day. Images should be sent either via jpgs or a zip file. We need individual images at least 600 pixels across to accommodate our blog width.

We like to feature fresh content and will not accept submissions shared with other blogs or online sources. Please let us know if you have already submitted the photos to any other blogs/publications.

PHOTOGRAPHERS:

We also love to hear from Photographers who wish to share Real Weddings with us!

Please send 30-40 individual images for review to mel{at}theoceansidebride{dot}com.  Images should not be placed in frames, collages, or have watermarks or branding.  If submitting a Real Wedding please include the following:

  • Location/date of destination wedding
  • Bride’s (or Groom) email address (for short commentary)
  • Name and website to all vendors and venues (if available)
  • Short background story about the couple
  • Please share unique details, DIY projects, or any other special elements you think are important to note

We like to feature fresh content and will not accept submissions shared with other blogs or online sources. Please let us know if you have already submitted the photos to any other blogs/publications (excluding the photographer or vendor blog/website).

We also proudly accept submissions through Two Bright Lights (photographers only).
